These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Outside Feet LLC concerning your access to and use of outsidefeet.pet. By accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Outside Feet LLC is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”). The Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United States and around the world. The Content and Marks are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
3. CONTENT CREATED BY OUTSIDE FEET
Outside Feet creates original content in connection with its services, including photographs, video recordings, written reports, and AI-generated images, illustrations, and compositions featuring pets in our care (collectively, “Service Content”). This Service Content is created by Outside Feet and remains the intellectual property of Outside Feet LLC.
By engaging Outside Feet services, clients grant Outside Feet a non-exclusive license to use pet names, physical likenesses, behavioral descriptions, and personality characteristics to create Service Content for purposes including but not limited to: client Spark Reports, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Clients may opt out of marketing use of Service Content at any time by contacting us at steve@outside-feet.com. Opting out of marketing use does not affect delivery of Spark Reports or other service deliverables. Outside Feet retains attribution rights to all Service Content it produces.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The wellness information, behavioral observations, enrichment activities, and related content provided through Outside Feet’s services and website are for general informational and pet care support purposes only. Nothing on this website or in any service communication constitutes veterinary advice, medical advice, or professional animal training advice. Outside Feet is not a licensed veterinarian, animal behaviorist, or certified trainer. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet’s health and medical needs, and a certified animal trainer or behaviorist for behavioral concerns. Reliance on any information provided by Outside Feet is solely at your own discretion.
5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

9. CONTENT REMOVAL AND PII TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
Outside Feet makes reasonable efforts to screen all content published on its website and social media channels to obscure or remove personally identifiable information (“PII”), including but not limited to license plates, home addresses, street numbers, and other identifying details visible in photographs or video. However, errors may occur and inadvertent disclosure is possible.
If you believe that content published by Outside Feet contains your PII, your pet’s likeness without your consent, or any other content you wish to have modified or removed, you may submit a removal request to steve@outside-feet.com. Please include: a description of the content and where it appears; the specific information you are requesting be modified or removed; and your name and preferred contact information.
Outside Feet will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and will make reasonable efforts to modify or remove the identified content promptly. Outside Feet reserves the right to determine the appropriate remediation, which may include blurring, cropping, or full removal. Outside Feet cannot guarantee removal of content that has been reshared or reposted by third parties.
10. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms.
11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Maryland. Outside Feet LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Maryland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
14. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.
15. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Outside Feet LLC harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party.
18. USER DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
20. SMS TEXT MESSAGING
Program Description
Outside Feet uses third-party text messaging and communication platforms to send updates, appointment reminders, and responses to inquiries. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) to your mobile number.
Opting Out
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply with “STOP.” You may receive an SMS message confirming your opt out. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

21. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outside Feet LLC. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver of such right. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
